One More Season is a single-player American football life simulation game for iPhone. Use the steps below for purchase, backup or saved-career problems.
Restore One More Season Pro
Open the One More Season Pro screen and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that was used to buy Pro.
Apple handles billing and refunds. To review a charge or request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
If the restore still fails, confirm that the App Store is available and try again. A failed connection should not be treated as proof that no purchase exists.
Back up or restore a career
Open More → Settings.
- Back up now replaces One More Season's fixed backup in your private iCloud database.
- Restore checks the available backup before replacing your local game database.
- Export iCloud data validates the latest backup and opens Apple's share sheet with a complete copy.
- Your current career stays on the iPhone when an iCloud action fails.
Confirm that you're signed into iCloud and that iCloud Drive is available for One More Season before retrying.
Delete all game data
Open More → Settings → Delete all game data and confirm the action.
The app first deletes its fixed private iCloud backup, then removes local careers, History, challenges, settings and backup working files. Purchases in your Apple Account, and achievements and leaderboard scores already accepted by Game Center, remain with Apple.
If the app cannot confirm iCloud deletion, it keeps the local data and asks you to retry.
A saved career is missing
One More Season does not keep careers on a developer server. If you previously used Back up now, try Restore from More → Settings. Without an iCloud backup, removed local careers cannot be recovered by the publisher.
Share a Career file
Open a completed career in History and choose Share career. One More Season creates the image on your iPhone and opens Apple's share sheet. The destination app controls the copy you send there.
